Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AI Bot Rental ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Service is lawful where you reside.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including enabling two-factor authentication when offered. You are liable for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your wallet only after an administrator confirms the on-chain transaction. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually; cancelled withdrawals are refunded to your in-platform balance. We may reject or reverse transactions that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, or linked to sanctioned parties.

5. Bot Rentals

Bot rental fees and deposit amounts are debited from your wallet when an order is placed. Daily income is credited based on the published rate for the bot tier. Rates, tiers, and fees may change prospectively; active orders complete under the terms in effect when they were created.

6. Referrals

Referral commissions are paid at the rates published on the referrals page. Self-referrals, multi-account fraud, and circumvention of referral tracking are prohibited and may result in commission clawback and account termination.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance of any bot does not guarantee future results. You invest at your own risk. See our Risk Disclosure.

8. Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or any other unlawful purpose.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for losses exceeding the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
