Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use AI Bot Rental, we collect:

• Account data: username, email address, hashed password, optional 2FA secret.
• Financial data: wallet balances, deposit and withdrawal records, TRON addresses and transaction hashes you submit, referral relationships.
• Technical data: IP address and timestamps of sign-in, signup, and rate-limited actions. These are retained for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to operate the Service: authenticating you, processing deposits and withdrawals, calculating referral commissions, sending transactional emails (email verification, deposit and withdrawal confirmations), and preventing fraud.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers act on our instructions under written agreements.
• Law enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to do so.
• Successor entities if we merge with or are acquired by another company.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed with Django's default algorithm (PBKDF2). 2FA secrets are stored encrypted at rest. Database backups are encrypted at rest where object storage is configured. All traffic is served over HTTPS in production.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations (typically 5 years). Inactive accounts may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@aibotrental.local. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
